At Celebrity Brushes we are working hard to make sure all our orders are packed safely and sent as quick as possible so our customers can enjoy our products. Our carrier is Royal Mail and we are expecting slight delays at this time.

At Celebrity Brushes the health, safety and well being of our customers are our utmost priorities during this unprecedented time for everyone.

·  We are following all of the UK Government and the World Health Organisation guidelines.

·  According to WHO the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. 

We've recently seen a massive increase in the demand for our products but we are working hard to get our orders shipped out to you the "consumer" as quickly as we can. This means that there are delays in dispatching orders of up to 3-5 days for some of our delivery services.  Don’t worry we are working hard to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. We continue to work hard to collect, process and deliver the UK’s mail in unprecedented times. However, along with other organisations, we are experiencing increased levels of employee absence due to illness and self-isolation. Absence rates are currently significantly higher than what we normally expect at this time of year. 

To manage these severe absence levels, we are implementing a range of mitigations. These include changing the time guarantee on Special Delivery and deploying non-operational managers in delivery.

Our delivery operation is a key part of keeping the country moving. So, we have chosen not to avail of the UK Government’s furlough scheme. In fact, we have put even more resources in to keep delivering. This includes additional overtime provision and a very significant investment in protective equipment for our colleagues.
